Rates are applicable to both locations. All pricing per person, based on US funds which includes your return floatplane flight, boats & motors, unlimited boat gas, propane for all utilities, ice, landing nets, etc. You will require your own food, beverages, towels, sleeping bag/pillows, and personal fishing equipment. Bait may be purchased at our airbase prior to departing. Rates are payable in US cash or cheque. Credit cards are accepted with 4% transaction fee.
A $300US deposit is required within 30 days of making the reservation in order to confirm the selected dates. 13% HST tax in addition to all rates. Rates are listed in USD.
Deposits for entire group cancellations are non-refundable, unless we are able to re-book the cabin. Please give us as much notice as possible in event of a possible cancellation so we can try to re-book your cabin and refund your deposit.
Individual cancellations will not be refunded, so please purchase travel insurance if you feel there is any chance of having to make an individual cancellation. Travel insurance can be purchased on-line at www.travelguard.com for as low as $60 per person.
For our Canadian guests, the rate will be secured at time of reservation, as per posted exchange rates.
*Rates for kids 12 and under will be 50% off. Due to flying costs, a minimum of 4 adult rates are required to utilize the child rates.
Subject to availability, guests may experience both locations - Tully Lake and Darkwater Lake Outposts. 4, 5 and 8 day trip packages may be split between both locations for the additional fee of $300 per person. This is an ideal opportunity to make the most out of your vacation time.
